The VITRON floor convector is a heating device in which a copper-aluminum heat exchanger and a tangential fan are installed (depending on the type of convector), the heat from which is transferred to the heated room by a natural (with fan off) and forced (with the fan turned on) convection. The convector allows to block the flow of cold air from the glazed facades or windows.This type of floor convector serves for heating of dry rooms. It is used as the main heating device in rooms with any needs in the intensity of heating.
Possible combined use with systems of floor heating, ventilation, radiator water heating.
Installed as a single-pipe, and a two-pipe heating system.

DESCRIPTION
VITRON convectors consist of a housing, a copper-aluminum heat exchanger, a decorative grille, a decorative frame and a tangential fan (depending on the type).
The body of the convector is made of sheet galvanized steel 0.8 mm with powder coating and has holes for connecting the heat exchanger (end and side). In the upper part of the box there is a decorative frame made of a corner aluminum profile.
The heat exchanger consists of seamless copper pipes, with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm, which are interconnected by two-sided 180 ° branches. The connection is made by capillary soldering using a silver-containing solder. Before soldering, profiled aluminum plates 0.35 mm thick, 50 mm high, 100 mm deep (3.5 mm pitch of the plates) are placed on each two pipes.
The heat exchanger is covered with a wear-resistant powder coating (coating color: black matt). The fittings for connecting the heat exchanger to the heating system have an internal pipe thread G1 / 2 ".
The distance between the axes of the fittings is 50 mm (150 mm).
The decorative lattice on the convector can be made of two types: roll and rigid. Composed of transverse profiles separated by bushings. Depending on the type of grid, the profile can be pulled together by a rigid spring (roll), or by a pin (rigid).
